TheĀ Cailleach's Call one day event runs in six sessions, each one a teaching followed by a practice that we do together.
Ancestral Healing works on how ancestral and religious patterns live in the body, and Midlife PowerĀ deals with theĀ midlife/ menopausal shift as a move into your own authority.Ā Sovereign Identity asks what it means to govern your own life once the roles fall away, and theĀ Practical Boundaries Shift takes that clarity down into specific boundary decisions you can name. Collective Witness is being seen, supported together, and witnessing others without advice or fixing, and the finalĀ Internalised Anchor gives you a way to hold the work once you're back in your ordinary, everyday life.
What's Included For The Event
Before the event day you get a short online prep course on who the Cailleach is in Irish tradition, a grounding and centring audio recorded specifically for this event, and a workbook with reflection notes.
In person attendance also carries an optional welcome and social session with Lora and your fellow attendees the evening before, for anyone staying over at the event venue.
Afterwards you get the event recording captured through the online platform, and a group integration call with Lora.

"I'd say the value of this day is getting a big picture context for understanding how it is that we can find life transitions so challenging. Really being able to understand that in a big picture has been so healing and so helpful." -Ā Dee, January 2026
